CCRG Systems is a web-based construction cost reporting tool designed to consolidate, maintain and update multiple years of construction cost data in a uniform standard. CCRG simplifies compliance with statutory reporting requirements and information requests from assessors.

The Province of Alberta requires that annual construction costs be reported for the purpose of taxation, and one is required by law to provide this information. Failure to provide this information within 60 days of the request may result in the loss of the right to appeal your assessment. Although the guidelines for reporting construction costs can be confusing, reporting your own construction costs affords you the opportunity to modify and adjust costs in order to achieve appropriate assessment/tax allocations.

It is with this in mind that we have developed CCRG Systems, the first publicly available web-based construction cost reporting tool. CCRG provides automated, uniform construction cost reports for submission to Alberta assessing authorities. Our system is designed to ensure accurate, easy and efficient construction cost filing, reporting and data management by leading you through the reporting process and then generating reports for submission to assessing authorities. We estimate that clients save between 5 and 25 percent on taxes with the implementation of CCRG Systems as a cost reporting management tool.
