AEC Expanding - Again!
Offices in Vancouver and New York
Effective November 20th, 2006, Steve Kelly, AACI, MBA, has joined AEC. Our Vancouver, BC Office will open its doors on December 1st, 2006. Steve comes to us from BC Assessment where, for the past 16 years, he filled various senior management roles, the last being Acting Area Assessor and Regional Manager for the South Fraser Region.

We’re pleased to announce that, under the management of David Wilkes, CRE, AEC America LLC, has opened its doors. David received his master’s degree in real estate valuation from New York University’s Real Estate Institute and a law degree from the Boston University School of Law. David is a designated “Counselor of Real Estate” and has served as Real Estate Advisor working in the world’s emerging markets on behalf of the US government and private investors including the Middle East/North Africa. He is a US and international real estate policy specialist with particular expertise in property taxation and assessment. David has been elected to the Board of Trustees of The Appraisal Foundation, an entity created by Congress to oversee USPAP and appraiser qualifications and standards. David is Editor-in Chief of the Real Estate Review and the New York State Bar Journal as well as author of numerous articles and papers.

AEC is pleased to the ATM Group, Mahendra Tiwari. Mahendra has worked with MPAC and other tax consultants. Mahendra joins the ATM Group as a Property Tax Consultant.
