Deidre comes to AEC with a very broad background that includes working in a dynamic and high growth sales environment within the technology sector and also contributing to the success of a family-run business in the hospitality industry.

A high sense of awareness of those around her characterize Deidre’s unique ability. Her ‘spider sense’ enables her to see the world through the eyes of others and this provides her with the ability to share and access insight into perspectives that most people would not be able to tap into. This ability is powerful and positions Deidre to hear un-asked questions and strongly anticipate the needs of others. These are very useful skills to possess when you have the responsibility of presenting solutions to problems that often times others do not know even exist. With her strong sense of perception and ability to understand others, Deidre also brings to the table a strength in meeting new people and winning them over. Strangers and/or new relationships do not intimidate Deidre but in the opposite are perceived as intriguing and supply her with renewed energy to meet more new faces and develop rapport and start new relationships. Michelle brings to AEC a wealth of experience that was gained from owning and growing her own business in a foreign country. The same traits that made her successful in managing her own business are put into practice today in her role as a Business Development Manager. Measurable results are key to Michelle and the pursuit of achievement provides her with the motivation and drive to give 110% every day. She is exceptionally talented at listening and understanding others and possesses a unique ability to see things in other people that are missed by most. She is very quick to engage with new relationships and easily develops the appropriate rapport needed to support our clients in their AEC travels.

Michelle is tuned in to her strengths and those of others, putting time, effort and energy into maximizing these strengths at every turn. She is one of those people that are recognized by her peers as a "machine” in light of her tenacity and the drive that she demonstrates in putting her strengths into practice. She is a quick study, once she has the required information and moves quickly from idea to information and in turn, into action.
