Property Assessment Advisory Services

AEC is currently looking for qualified applicants to join their team of experts in our Property Assessment & Advisory Services Group. Successful candidates will be involved in providing our clients with a wide range of consulting services designed to efficiently and effectively manage assessments and property taxes.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the provision of property assessment analysis and litigation
Liaise with clients, municipalities and assessing authorities regarding property assessment and/or tax issues
Co-ordinate appeals and other compliance processes
Provide client management support

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have

University degree and/or recognized assessment and/or real estate accreditation (applicants working towards these achievements will be considered)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task, work independently, be proactive and flexible and meet deadlines
Valid drivers license and vehicle
Good analytical and reporting skills
Advanced computer skills
